The front desk person was friendly. The hotel seemed very clean in the lobby. The room was clean, beds were very confortable. I do wish there were pillows that would be not so thick as it does put the neck at a slant. I go around this all the time by bringing my pillow from home. But would be nice to have the thick ones and then two that are not so thick. Lay on the bed and you can understand what I mean. But the pillows were clean, the bedding also. The bathroom was clean and tidy.

We didn't realized that we had rented a suite. It was nice having a separate bedroom. If we were spending more days there the additional room which had a full kitchen would be nice. It was very clean and the y had a really good breakfast. Again, they had a nice hot breakfast with waffles, sausages, egg, yogurt, cereal, etc. The staff was very nice and professional. We would stay there again if in the area.

Breakfast was excellent, with so many good choices. We were there for the blizzard, with blowing winds, cold, snow, ice, closed interstate, semi trucks jack knifed & even turned/side, & vans smashed/blocking the highways. We were welcome to stay another night, & they gave good, safe alternative roads. Our room was large, clean, & comfortable.

Oh my goodness! ... the Queen bed was INCREDIBLE. I was going to strip the sheets just on the end so I could determine the brand/maker. I was in such a hurry to get to a meeting, I forgot. Would someone tell me the brand? Such a great night of sleep because of the mattress and the pillows were great, as well.

Staff were so helpful, kind and welcoming! The hotel & our room were beautiful. Beds were very comfortable and we wished we could of stayed longer. They have an indoor pool & fitness room but we didn't have time to use them. The location is perfect too, not too far from I 40 & gas station and historical Sites!
